Terms & Conditions

Mahavira Finlease Limited, referred to as “Credit4Sure”,“Company”, “we”, or “us”, owns the mobile application named Credit4Sure (the “App”) and the website (the “Website”). The App and Website together are referred to as the “Platform.”

As a user (“User”, “you”) of the Platform, you understand that the Platform provides access between multiple Users, including consumers, financial institutions, data partners, and other partners such as lenders, borrowers, and service providers, to facilitate lending and borrowing activities, including providing other financial products such as credit cards. A list of our lending partners is provided in Schedule 1.

The term “Users” refers to any person using the Platform, including consumers, financial institutions, regulated entities, and other partners. Your use of this Platform implies that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the following disclaimer, terms, and conditions (“Terms & Conditions”). These Terms & Conditions, read together with our Privacy Policy, govern your usage of the Platform and the terms for the purchase or use of the products and services from the Platform (“Products”). Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before accessing or using our Platform. By accessing or using any part of the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, you may not access the Platform or use any services provided by us.

Credit4Sure is a platform facilitating loan transactions between borrowers and NBFCs/Banks. All loan applications are approved and sanctioned by NBFCs/Banks registered with the RBI and are communicated upfront during the loan application process. The Platform provides access to an online ecosystem bringing together consumers, financial institutions, data partners, and other partners willing to abide by these Terms & Conditions. Credit4Sure’s lending partners provide various kinds of personal loan products as specifically supplied by Users through the Platform. If you wish to avail any Products displayed on the Platform, you will be required to provide certain information, and our representatives may contact you by phone or email to understand your requirements.

1. Facilitating the purchase and sale of Products on its Platform.
2. Assisting Users to obtain a Product from various banks and non-banking financial companies that are Credit4Sure’s lending partners.
3. Assisting Users to obtain their credit report through authorized agents partnered with Credit4Sure.
4. Provision of data analysis and a social score based on device data and the User’s social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn) linked with the User’s Platform account.

For providing the above Services, Credit4Sure may use and share User information with multiple financial institutions and other parties, as required for the purposes mentioned above. The collection, storage, use, and transfer of information shared by the User are governed by our Privacy Policy.

The User of this Platform unequivocally declares and agrees that they are a natural/legal person who has attained the age of at least 21 years and is legally permitted to enter into a contract in India. By registering on the Platform, the User undertakes to agree and abide by these Terms & Conditions. If the User violates any of these Terms & Conditions, Credit4Sure may terminate the User’s membership and prohibit the User from using or accessing the Platform.

As a User of this Platform, you agree to the Terms & Conditions provided hereunder or anywhere else on this Platform. If you do not wish to agree to these Terms & Conditions, please refrain from using the Platform. Credit4Sure reserves the right to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Your continued use of the Platform after notification of such modifications will be construed as your acceptance of the modified Terms & Conditions.

If you wish to use the Platform, you are required to maintain an account and furnish certain information and details. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account and password. Inform us immediately if you believe that your password has become known to anyone else or if it is being used in an unauthorized manner. If Credit4Sure gains knowledge or has reasonable suspicion that the information provided by you is wrong, inaccurate, or incorrect, Credit4Sure may immediately terminate your account.

• Use your name, mobile number, and email address to send promotional offers, updates, and other marketing communications related to our services.
• Send confirmations via SMS, WhatsApp, or other messaging services.
• Send promotional messages to our customers.
• Send verification and/or promotional messages or emails.

Credit4Sure collects certain information from you to provide the Services. Credit4Sure’s use of your personal information is governed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Credit4Sure grants you a limited license to access and use the Platform for availing the Services, but not to download, copy, or modify any material, except with the express written consent of Credit4Sure. Any unauthorized access to the Platform or attempt to modify, adapt, translate, or reverse engineer any part of the Platform is not permitted.

Credit4Sure has the right to monitor the content of the Platform at all times and may remove any objectionable content. Credit4Sure may also share such information with any governmental authority as required by law.

Credit4Sure may stop providing the Services and may terminate your use of the Platform at any time without notice. Upon termination, you must stop using the Platform.

You are prohibited from using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or to violate any applicable regulations or laws. We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Service for violating any of the prohibited uses.

Any additional payment made by you will be refunded within 30 days after reconciliation of the accounts by Credit4Sure. Once you have received the loan amount in your bank account, the service cannot be cancelled.

Credit4Sure, its affiliated companies, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, and related parties shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of revenue or profits, arising under or relating to these Terms & Conditions. By using the Platform, you release Credit4Sure and its affiliates from any claims or liabilities. While Credit4Sure endeavors to verify user credibility, it is not responsible for any undisclosed information. Credit4Sure provides information but is not liable for defaults in loan repayments.

Your use of the Service and all information, products, and other content included in or accessible from the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. The Company expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind. Credit4Sure and third-party service providers will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the Service.

You agree to indemnify and hold Credit4Sure, its affiliates, contractors, employees, officers, directors, agents, third-party associates, licensors, and partners harmless from any claims arising out of your use of the Services or Website, any violation of these Terms & Conditions, or any infringement of intellectual property rights.

Your use of any e-voucher (“E‑Voucher”) is subject to the issuer’s terms of use. Credit4Sure is not responsible for the E‑Voucher once issued or for its end use. Products purchased using the E‑Voucher are directly from the merchant/vendor, and Credit4Sure is not responsible for their delivery or quality. E‑Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, and any unused balance expires after 12 months.

Credit4Sure does not endorse or control the content of linked websites. Users consent to synchronization of content between the Website and the App where applicable.

By submitting content, you grant Credit4Sure and its service providers a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute such content for the purpose of operating, improving, and promoting the Services. You acknowledge that Credit4Sure is not responsible for user comments and will not be liable for them.

You acknowledge that Credit4Sure is a platform that brings together Users and is not itself involved in lending or borrowing money. Users are responsible for verifying information, and Credit4Sure is not liable for any claims or damages resulting from user actions.

Your use of the Platform and these Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Delhi.
