This Privacy Policy outlines the practices regarding the collection, usage, and sharing of personal data on the Credit4Sure mobile application (referred to as the “Platform”). This policy applies only to data collected through the Platform and does not extend to data collected offline or via other means by Mahavira Finlease Limited (“the Company”).

The Credit4Sure mobile application is owned and operated by Mahavira Finlease Limited (“We,” “Us,” or “Our”). The app facilitates short-term loan applications, with loans granted by Mahavira Finlease Limited (referred to as the “LENDER”). The loans are sanctioned based on a loan agreement executed between you (“the User”) and the LENDER.

The Company and LENDER are authorized to collect, use, access, and share personal data (“Personal Information”) as necessary to process loan applications. This data is collected through the app’s application form and is critical for loan approval.

During the loan application process, users are required to register through the Credit4Sure mobile app by entering their mobile number and verifying the OTP (One Time Password). The Personal Information collected during this process may include but is not limited to:

1. Facilitating purchase and sale of Products on its Platform;
2. Assisting its Users to obtain a Product from various banks and non-banking financial companies who are the lending partners of Credit4Sure;
3. Assisting its Users to obtain their credit report through authorized agents partnered with Credit4Sure;
4. Provision of data analysis and social score based on device data and User’s Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, or any other social media accounts linked with User’s account on the Platform.

For the provision of the above-mentioned Services, Credit4Sure will be using and sharing the information of the User with multiple financial institutions and other parties, as may be required for the purposes mentioned above. The collection, storing, use, and transfer of information shared by the User shall be governed in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

The User of this Platform unequivocally declares and agrees that the User is a natural/legal person who has attained the age of at least 21 years and is legally allowed to enter into a contract in India. By registering on the Platform, the User hereby undertakes to agree and abide by the Terms & Conditions detailed herein.

If the User violates any of these Terms & Conditions, Credit4Sure may terminate the User’s membership and prohibit the User from using or accessing the Platform.

As a User of this Platform, you have agreed to the Terms & Conditions provided hereunder or anywhere else on this Platform. If you do not wish to agree to these Terms & Conditions, please refrain from using the Platform.

Credit4Sure reserves the right to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued use of the Platform following the notification of modification of these Terms and Conditions will be construed to mean the acceptance by you of the modified Terms and Conditions.

If you wish to use the Platform, you are required to maintain an account and furnish certain information and details. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account and password.

You should inform us immediately if you have any reason to believe that your password has become known to anyone else or if it is being used in an unauthorized manner. Upon Credit4Sure gaining knowledge or having any reasonable suspicion that the information provided by you is wrong, inaccurate, or incorrect, Credit4Sure shall immediately terminate your account.

Credit4Sure collects certain information from you in order to provide the Services. Credit4Sure’s use of your personal information is governed in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Credit4Sure grants you a limited license to access and use the Platform for availing the Services, but not to download any material from it or modify it, except with express written consent of Credit4Sure.

Any unauthorized access to the Platform or any attempt to modify, adapt, translate, or reverse engineer any part of the Platform is not permitted.

Credit4Sure has the right to monitor the content of the Platform at all times and may remove any objectionable content. Credit4Sure shall also have the liberty to share such information with any governmental authority as per procedures laid down by the law.

Credit4Sure may stop providing the Services and may terminate use of it at any time without giving notice of termination to you. Upon any termination, you must stop using the Platform.

You are prohibited from using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or to violate any regulations or laws. We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Service for violating any of the prohibited uses.

Any additional payment made by you will be refunded within 30 days after reconciliation of the accounts by Credit4Sure. Once you have received the loan amount in your bank account, the service cannot be cancelled.

Credit4Sure, its affiliated companies, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, or any related party shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages or any loss of revenue or profits arising under or relating to these Terms & Conditions.

By using the platform, you release Credit4Sure and its affiliates from any claims or liabilities. While Credit4Sure endeavors to verify user credibility, it is not responsible for any undisclosed information. Credit4Sure provides information but is not liable for defaults in loan repayments.

Your use of the service and all information, products, and other content included in or accessible from the service is at your sole risk. The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Company expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind.

Credit4Sure and third-party service providers will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the service.

You agree to indemnify and hold Credit4Sure, its affiliates, contractors, employees, officers, directors, agents, third-party associates, licensors, and partners harmless from any claims arising out of your use of the services or website, any violation of these Terms & Conditions, or any infringement of intellectual property rights.

Your use of the E‑Voucher is subject to the issuer’s terms of use. Credit4Sure is not responsible for the E‑Voucher once issued or its end use. Products purchased using the E‑Voucher are directly from the merchant/vendor, and Credit4Sure is not responsible for their delivery or quality. E‑Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, and any unused balance expires after 12 months.

Credit4Sure does not endorse or control the content of linked websites. Users consent to the synchronization of content between the website and the app.

By submitting content, you grant Credit4Sure and its service providers the right to use, modify, display, and distribute it. You acknowledge that Credit4Sure is not responsible for user comments and will not be liable for them.

You acknowledge that Credit4Sure is a platform bringing users together and is not involved in lending or borrowing money. Users are responsible for verifying information and Credit4Sure is not liable for any claims or damages resulting from user actions.

Your use of the platform and these Terms & Conditions is subject to Indian law, with disputes resolved in Delhi Courts.
